確認訂單商品是否正確，若正確點選完成訂購。如欲查詢訂單進度，請至『訂購紀錄』查詢

CLARECHEN台灣官網遞送僅限台灣地區（台灣本島、澎湖、金門、馬祖），訂單成立後約 1-3 個工作天寄出（如遇國定假日會延遲出貨），離島、偏遠地區受交通、天候或郵運不便等因素限制，送達時間可能略為延後

｜訂購注意｜

1. 訂單狀態與進度，登入會員後可查詢訂單出貨狀態

2. 訂單成立後即無法再修改訂單內容，若有異動，請洽詢客服人員

3. 結帳前請務必確認訂單內容以及是否接受配送貨運所需等待時間，避免耽誤配貨及運送狀況

4. 因拍攝燈光、電腦解析度、可能會造成實品與網頁上商品有些許色差，商品以收到的實品為主

｜退、換貨｜

若收到商品有瑕疵、破損、規格不符或零件短缺的狀況，於收到商品7日內請與客服人員聯繫申請退、換貨

※下列情形可能影響退、換貨之權益

1. 超過7日鑑賞期之商品，僅依此商品保固範圍規定提供維修服務

2. 包裝已不完整（包含商品、隨附配件、包裝、贈品等）

3. 商品已被人為破壞、加工（如打印、繪圖、其他標記），配件或贈品短缺

4. 購買時已註明無法退、換貨的商品。

※提醒

1. 商品退貨時必須為全新狀態且完整包裝（包含商品主體、附件、內外包裝、隨附文件、贈品等）

3. CLARECHEN保留每筆退換貨核准權利，若退換貨商品不符合規定，恕無法受理退貨及退款

Shipping & Return

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from our warehouse and are processed within 2-5 business days of order receipt.

We ship to the continental US (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada and also international.

All orders ship via from our warehouse located in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.

Shipping costs are based on your total purchase amount.

ORDER STATUS/ ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

RETURN POLICY
CLARECHEN only issues return/refunds if a product is defective or damaged when received. We do not offer return/refunds on change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include issuing a refund on the purchase price of the goods, or providing a replacement product.
